Bring your swimming pool or spa water into us for all your water testing needs.
In an effort to cut down on the amount of time it takes to do a complete water analysis, we now have a state-of-the-art Waterlink Spin Lab, the most technologically advanced pool water analysis set-up in the pool industry.
At Tropical, we have been happy to give each customer an individualized water analysis that tests more than just the basic water chemistry such as chlorine and pH. But, each test took time and we often had a line of customers waiting. So, we are happy to announce that the new test takes just a few minutes, once we have your pool and home information in our computer!
For each analysis, we still need to have the temperature of the water and it is always better if we can have the sample soon after it has been taken. Our staff will also ask you other pertinent questions about your pool, and each is important to understanding your water chemistry.
Besides the water analysis, our qualified staff will help you determine the best course of action for your pool based on other areas, such as water clarity, color, how long your pump and filter typically run during the day, and more. Taking the time to understand your pool’s water quality before you come in will ensure that our staff has the most pertinent information to determine what is going on in your pool.
An example of why these questions are important is because something like cloudy water can be caused by a number of reasons, and our experienced staff will ask questions to help get to the root of your problem.
